Finished instruments are couriered nationwide across New Zealand and shipped worldwide on request — with most builds going to homes in NZ and Australia.
Commission process
A typical Maxwell commission begins with an email or DM, moves to a detailed phone or in-person consultation, then a deposit secures a build slot. Lead times vary with the queue but you’ll have a firm date before you commit.
